It seems to me our ageing roster has run out of steam. A great start but then fading in this game illustrates I guess?

The roster wasn’t good enough to start with and the injuries only depleted it further, the saving grace of Cardiff and notts having a mare enabled us to offer some look of being a challenging team, most years this team finishes 4th or 5th. We need to move away from our recruitment demographic being either small, Eastern European or Nordic or at the latter stages of their career or a merge of the lot! No leadership, no heart, no desire, no grit! When Dowd is your go too guy for physicality the writing is on the wall!

But he does chose the players and decides the tactics, lines and who to bench. We've gone backwards again and unless he changes his tactics and personnel signing style then I see continued failure ahead.

We lost tonight because our players can’t manage the puck or defend competently position wise. Fox can’t control that the players need to take responsibility and I hope we don’t see many of the imports in Orange again.
