Out of our current D core I'd like to see Schulze, Jones and Todd return.

Davey looks shot to pieces and wouldn't at all be surprised if he calls it a day or drops down a level in the close season.

Ellerby has flattered to deceive all year and ASD is ok but easily replaced and upgraded on.
It wouldn't surprise me to see a complete overall in our defence with only Sam Jones and Davey phillips surviving, i really dont see any of our import defenders as irreplaceable at all.. including both netminders..

Let me clarify, i dont believe they are horrendous or even that bad, on the contrary they have proved to be good in the sense they are are part of a team thats challenging for silverware, but lets face it, the team would be much much better with a defence that doesn't leak as many goals, its a fine line between all our defending and making plays going forward and Fox for me likes a transitional defender a little to much.. or should I say one that doesn't always get back in position quickly enough at times...

The lack of votes for Armstrong and Hodgman tells a story. Two big name centres who have frequently gone missing and not performing in the must win, big, close games.

The first post season announcement I'd like to see is that Ellerby will not be returning.

The rest of the voting really did not look good with the noticeable exception of forwards Branden whistle, Brendan Connolly and Defenders Adrian Saxrud Danielsen and Daine Todd who all managed to get 20+ votes.

Justin Hodgman, John Armstrong, Tommaso Traversa, Matias Sointu and Kevin Schulze will need a miracle to have impressed Aaron Fox if a fans perspective is to be believed..

No votes at all for Barry Brust and Keaton Ellerby!!

Difficult call of who should return Given a end to the year I think it needs to be radical and objective. For me those to come are only: Davey, Sam Jones, Schultz, Dowd, Brandon, Valley, Eberly, Diane Todd, if fit, maybe Cons. Beyond that happy for a full change of the others including those who had a number of seasons with us but are no past their best. Replacements with youth, enthusiasm something to prove and not just having a last season before retirement.
