He’s been out of action since December after being released by French Ligue Magnus outfit Hormadi Anglet.

He’s iced in his native Latvian league, the French 2nd tier, the Romanian/Hungarian Erste Liga, Polish Hockey League, Norwegian Eliteserien, Swedish HockeyEttan & French Ligue Magnus.

Delmas joins from the ECHL's Kansas City Mavericks, whom Antony DeLuca is a recent acquisition for. Prior to joining the Mavericks, Delmas spent 4 seasons at Niagara University, captaining the side in his final season there. One of his team mates at Niagara in his first year was Coventry's Johnny Curran.
