Right Steelers fans, you might want to know this if you are coming across the water for the double header.
Last night I was at Giants - Stars, well I gotta get a hockey fix somehow, and experienced their terms of entry. As I pointed out before, you need to have some form of ID (passport is perfect) as well as your card which shows your jab history. All in all, it wasn't too bad. Giants had around four people doing this check and a table at the side to deal with any problems.
Everyone managed to get in OK and there was no delay to face off at all. However you have to keep your mask on at all times once inside, even when watching the game, and there's no standing on the bridge like some of us do at present.
Bear this info in mind please, thanks.

they will continue as normal... I dont think they should but they will, i for one haven't stopped wearing a mask and I think the very least they ought to enforce is for mask to be worn upon entry and moving about the building...

So I guess the Coventry game is just too early for the new guidance?
The new COVID restrictions being implemented in England include:
• The reintroduction of the work from home order, for those who can, from Monday
• The extension of mandatory face mask wearing to "most public indoor venues", including theatres and cinemas, from Friday. However, there will be exemptions "where it is not practical", such as when eating, drinking, exercising or singing
• The NHS COVID pass, commonly referred to as a vaccine passport, will be made mandatory in a week's time for nightclubs and venues with large crowds. People will be able to use the pass to show either proof of two vaccine doses or a negative lateral flow test result
• The introduction of daily tests for people who are contacts of Omicron cases, instead of a period of isolation.

What constitutes a 'large crowd' and if it applies to the arena do we honestly expect the incredibly dumb and inefficient arena staff to comply?smbmetal wrote: ↑Wed Dec 08, 2021 7:13 pm

But attendance won't be known until the event has already been well underway.rnewbolt1 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 08, 2021 8:04 pma large crowd is over 10kNathan wrote:What constitutes a 'large crowd' and if it applies to the arena do we honestly expect the incredibly dumb and inefficient arena staff to comply?smbmetal wrote: ↑Wed Dec 08, 2021 7:13 pm
