We left plenty in the tank last night and travelling down their is not something to factor in, if the team runs out of gas in the 3rd period in this game then there is something wrong... No I honestly dont see that as an issue this weekend...Clowne57 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 26, 2020 10:22 amSometimes that can be counter productive and the rested team can come out flat were as the team that’s played is in ‘game mindset’ already. Let’s hope that’s the case. The 3rd period could be the sticking point if we run out of steam due to fatigue but it’s been said this team doesn’t know when it beat and fight to the end.

The league's two top scoring teams. I go for a 1-0 Steelers win in Overtime.

2-1 Blaze early. We're getting out worked again and I don't think we'll get away with it tonight unless we improve tenfold. Coventry have too much quality.

3-2 Blaze going into the final 20.
Gotta dig in and produce one of those special periods of hockey to come away with the W. It's not beyond us...

Eberle's second of the game ties it up at 3-3.

4-3 Blaze. Very poor levels of performance from us thus weekend. Lucky last night, won't get away with it tonight. Cardiff would take us to the cleaners in this form.

Bouncebackability needed next league game....
No need for the pressing of the panic button. We were probably due a blip at some point.

A dose of perspective needed me thinks, Not the result we wanted (if we lose) but I would hardly call a split weekend the worst weekend in ages.. :o
You may legitimately feel its your worst weekend in ages but the Steelers cant really be held responsible for that
