Thin on bodies, need to get through this without any major issues.

Play simple, get the W.

Won't be a classic guys.

If I were Fife I would look at upping the physical play. If we’re short on bodies they’ll have more chance of winning the one on one battles.

We should have enough to squeeze past though at home.

4-3 Steelers

I wish I could make it tonight but as I am still not 100% I am going to have to miss it again.

I think even with a few people out we should have enough to see it through. If we can retain the puck like we have been doing (from the games I've attended and highlights I've watched) and not give it away cheaply like we did against Guilford, then we should get the win in 3. Guess it depends if they have a knock on affect from the Storm game, we have had an extra day to recover though with us not playing on Sunday so that should have helped.

I am sticking with a win inside 3 though.

We just have to manage the puck and conserve energy. We beat Manchester in 2nd gear with much fewer players than them but Fife have more in their locker ability and skill-wise.

Apparently Ellerby & Armstrong May return so we may not be 4 imports down.

Barry Brust starts, Stojanovič backing up.

Todd & Ellerby return to the lineup.

Látal, Armstrong, Connolly & Graham out through injury.

Brandon Whistle is included in the lineup.

We somehow manage to ice more players than Fife, who name a roster of 16 to our 17.

Not the worst outcome in terms of returning bodies - to be honest I'm glad they're at the back end....Mosey can now play as a forward..

Glad for Whistle and that we get a chance to see him again!!

Still seeing a win for Steelers here, I'll go 5-2.

Hopefully we're just not rushing the others back and it's nothing too serious and we see them back for the Giants game on Saturday.

If we consider ourselves as title or championship contenders then we shouldn’t be losing to Fife at home. They’ve managed 2 points in 5 league games and are bottom of the league.

While no game is a guarantee of course, playing our normal game should be more than enough to beat Fife. The difference in player budgets between the two teams will be fairly considerable I would say.

Dowd and Jono to take faceoffs on their respective lines according to Pete Spencer
