Nearly a 2nd for Nottingham as Perlini beats the same two defencemen to the net again but luckily he can’t stretch far enough.

Now it’s 2-0, Christophe Boivin left totally unmarked in the slot to fire through Churchfield, who has been left high and dry so far.

3-0, Matheson taps in after again beating Steelers back checkers to the net.

4-0, Steelers out worked in our own zone and Boivin fires in easily. I’d imagine that will be game over.

Garbage Steelers. Worst period of the tournament

End of the 1st 4-0. Nothing positive to say about that, we’re simply not up for the battle and Panthers are, essentially a exact reversing last game.

Totally outworked in every area of the ice.

Terrible period.
All players under par that period.
Churchfield showing how average he is. Top nettie would have likely saved at least 2 if not 3 of those first three goals despite bring hung put to dry.
I think the Olden line was on the ice for the first three goals. They need a stark reminder that it's a 200 feet game and not just about adding points at the other end.
Hopefully a major bollocking from Foxy in the period break.
