I'd probably now go with:

Greenfield
Brine

Cormier/Import
Diffley/Import
Steele/Import

Archambault/Import/Balmas
Juusola/Import/Teissala
Jasper/Dowd/Import
Import/Whistle/IBN

Add Collins in as either 3C or 4C and Dowd/Whistle move to wing.
I'd agree with that and hope Collins is 3C or 4C, because if we're looking at him as top 6 we're not going to challenge Belfast.

He obviously was a very good player in the past, but rapidly dropping points production and worst +/- on his team last season would worry me if he's top 6.

Sounds like he's very good at faceoffs, which could prove invaluable in those crucial moments.

We would have benefitted from a player like him when we pulled Greener in the playoff final.

Archambault/Collins/Balmas
Juusola/Import/Teissala
Jasper/Dowd/Import
Import/Whistle/IBN

I'd say the above looks like a 4th place forward line.

Archambault/Import/Balmas
Juusola/Import/Teissala
Jasper/Dowd/Import
Whistle/Collins/IBN

If the top two centres are of good quality, this looks like a squad that could challenge.

I guess we'll find out soon enough.

One thing is for sure - I expect our PK to be excellent again with Juusola, Whistle, Balmas, Collins as forwards already signed

Here’s how I think it will look at the minute. Things could change depending on last signings though….

Archambault Import Balmas
Juusola Import Teissala
Dowd Collins Jasper
Import Whistle IBN

Two solid young top line 1/2 Centres and depending how good the last winger is he might move up the lines.

Having now listened to the Fox interview, I would guess this is about right.

Personally, I’m not excited about any of our new signings so far. I’m afraid I don’t rate Fox’s recruitment. He’s got it right once in 5 seasons, or however long he’s been in charge.

If he'd only got it right once in 5 years we'd be finishing bottom most of the time.

Where do you see tait fitting if he comes back? Also even though steele is a good prospect I do think fox is a 6 import d fan and steele will have to earn his trust..

Tait goes in to the bottom 6. I suspect we will have a spare import skater - probably someone who can slot in to either forward or D for the games Brine starts.

Game On

up to now a typical fox recruitment campaign,,, not the most exciting on paper, lightweight on physicality side of things, a few fins thrown in and a bit of speed and players who can play at both ends,,,,,,, its all about how they gel as a team and stay injury free, so until we are up and running, we wait and see. Personally though i do like a big name signing in the skill factor or physicality aspect of the game
