The two key factors for me this w/end are 1.Greener being on his A game as this always puts us in with a shout and 2. Richie who i believe can swing these big games,, his experience and skill can make the difference,,,,, 3 - 1 steelers
Completely agree. Greenfield against Flames, particularly in the home leg looked the best he’s been all year for me. Cormier too, who I think is a big piece of the puzzle for us.
Will be watching on the league webcast and similarly shouting for Clan in the earlier leg.
Bit concerned that we are talking about the availability of the Steeldogs players for the weekend. We must learn to stand on our own. Dogs players are a bonus NOT an integral part of the Steelers. Just my opinion.
The afternoon game is harder to call. My guess is most will go for Glasgow either due to dislike of Cardiff (Coventry & Belfast) or because they're the underdog.
You'd like to think the neutrals would get behind the tournament underdogs, Glasgow. It's worth highlighting just how much of an underdog they are; they finished 8th in the league and hence had to turn over the league winners to get there. When was the last time the 8th placed team has made it to the semi-finals? Certainly hasn't happened in the last ten years... a pub quiz trivia questions for the stattos out there.
It also answers the question of whether or not they were right to sack Corey Neilson.

It certainly has! Blaze made the weekend in 2016 as the 8th seed, losing in the final.
