How many of you noticed the rather strange collection of nonsense tonight. No, not the indescribably poor refereeing, but the programme.
A certain player, who amusingingly didn’t even play tonight featured on the front cover. In the picture, his helmet absurdly carried the number 37. Of course that belongs to McAdam. In the team sheet this non-appearing player managed to feature twice. In one item he carried the number 44 (I think he might have initially been given this) but then he featured a second time this carrying the number 73. Is the 37 a transposition? Were Blaze worried that we had listed a roster of 25? Of course this amusing incompetence pales into insignificance compared with tonight’s stripeys, surely the worst ever.
