He usually warms up in 44 shirt. Has he stepped up as a regular now Nielson is confirmed gone?
A game won in a 5 minute period.
In those 5 minutes we were superb, with good passing, immediate control and clinical finishing.
The other 55 minutes felt like the Coventry game, where we huffed and puffed in front of goal, but didn’t have a clue how to put it in.
I assume Cormier got the man of the match......what a fabulous skater he is.

An excellent 1st period followed by two exhibition style periods. The Clan offered nothing, which for me, made the game a poor watch. We’ll not play an easier game all season.
The games get much tougher now though, so I suppose it was nice to get a solid training session in before we go to Cardiff next Saturday.
How good was Greenfield’s save though when it was 0-0. Wonder if the goal would have counted with the net being off?

He did. Never in doubt. Cormier is surely in a small bunch of invaluable players with Greenfield, Dowd, Juusola and Balmas., I’m increasingly impressed by Tait and Heard too.Doom wrote: ↑Sat Dec 13, 2025 10:04 pmA game won in a 5 minute period.
