Car park season ticket issue

Have other who have ordered the Car Park Season Ticket had success with it? Ours is still refusing to go live.

is the only thing we keep getting....

Just used Ticketmaster chat which worked surprisingly well. They claim at least 3 days before the event. Thursday hopefully.

I phoned Arena and they said they would happily scan printed versions of the ticket... it was a non issue to them... I chatted with Ticketmaster chat...then a real person, who said there is no way to swap or upgrade a E-ticket to a printed version (not helpful at all)

yes please, this would be great
it would be a lot easier for me to use a ticket that i have printed...
ive done this for years now and I am really not sure how I ended up with a E ticket, I dont really like them...

We'll always help where we can, but unfortunately, we can't update your booking to be sent as a printable ticket once it’s been processed – also this is a mobile ticket-only event that only caters tickets digitally and all customers who book for this event will need to access their ticket using their mobile device.
This is a requirement set by the event and we must abide by it. (not according to the arena)
Your tickets are mobile, so your phone is your ticket. You can access them by selecting View Tickets in your email confirmation or on the Ticketmaster app.
Once you're at the event, present them to be scanned to gain entry.

Unfortunately, for this specific event, the event and venue only allows tickets to be scanned via mobile phone once fans arrive.

this is not true...
the venue told me they have no problem scanning actual printed tickets
its a car park season ticket, so its clearly not for one event

I've further checked this for you and I see that we don't have an option to change your tickets to a printable one.

Latest news from Ticketmaster who seem to have changed their tune. The event organiser (assume Arena) asked for a delay on the ticket. I will be enabled on the day of the event. We shall see!

I’ve just checked in the Ticketmaster app, and my ticket is now active with the barcode visible.
Hopefully, it’s now active for everyone else.

Does anyone have a problem opening the app on their phone? I can now access my ticket on my laptop but the app won't work.

Just checked and we now have ours on the phone, life was so much simpler before Ticketmaster!

Ours is also now live but Ticketmaster asked me to change my password. Don't know why.
