I’ve purchased car park season tickets via Ticketmaster for the past few years. I’ve then viewed it via the app and added it to the Wallet on my iPhone. This makes it easy to access when arriving.

When I try to view this years ticket in the app, I get a message saying “Something went wrong. Try Again”. Of course, trying again doesn’t change anything.

I’ve reinstalled the app, re-started my phone and tried both an iPad and Android tablet. Via the app on all devices, I get the same error message.

However, via the website I can successfully see the ticket. This doesn’t have the facility to add it to the Wallet, though, which is what I ultimately want to do.

I’ve started a dialogue with Ticketmaster, but their responses, so far, are still the standard ones around re-starting that I’ve already done.

Strangely, the individual game/car park tickets for the CHL games are fine. It’s just the season ticket.

I’m just wondering whether anybody else has managed to successfully view the 24/25 ticket in the app and add to the Wallet on either an iPhone or Android device?

My only possible explanation is that the ticket can’t be used until 21/9, but surely that would stop it being viewed in the website too.

Thanks
Neil

I wish I could help, but I went for a physical ticket again this year Same as my season ticket...

One work around as maybe a temp solution (I've done this and it works) is to screenshot or capture the ticket from the website (not via your phone as this doesn't work - the app doesn't allow it) and then save the file as a .Jpg on to your computer or laptop and then print it and or send the .Jpg or .Png file to your phone and us it in the car park that way... :thumb:

Well it can't hurt, it's worth a try, i went a nearly a full season with a web copy a few years back when i accidently thermal destroyed one of the old style tickets lol

One tip: If your printing: Print on decent paper stock or card at the high quality setting... the readers they use dont like the standard print on crappy photocopy paper!

My car park season ticket is literally a paper, Arena style, ticket with a small QR code on it. As it's for a disabled bay I got it direct from.the Arean staff, that's possibly why it's different.
I'd like a way to save it somehow digitally, but I've even thought about laminating it, so it won't get battered over the season.

I cold laminate mine (self laminating pouches) and it works perfectly...

Also as an added note, the mobile based app does show a warning that the ticket as to be used digitally and that screenshots dont work and won't get you in... this as an element of truth has firstley the app won't allow screenshots and the static bar code is not readable. but the website version of the ticket (up to now anyway) shows the printable version for use at the venue.. take all this as advice only I can't guarantee it will work, but it has done for me and others I have spoke to, if you ask in the arena, their official response is that it wont work and keep on referring you to the digital version and putting it in your wallet, which in the real world if this isnt working is not a solution.
but keep this in mind, at box office if you kick up enough of a stink they scan a paper copy of some sort to get you in ... :hey: you decide....

Thanks again, Jayboy.
I had seen the warning that the screenshot won’t work. I’ll print it off and see what happens, but have the website version available if that fails.

Sorry for any confusion, but to to clarify... the screenshot taken from a mobile platform app will not work....(it just won't) because your mobile ticket includes technology with fraud protection add ons.. like Near Field Communication (NFC) a type of RFID technology that allows for contactless communication between two devices so you won't be able to use screenshots or print-outs from that image.
Even if you photograph it from another phone..

It would have to be from the actual website via a desktop browser or laptop, the image used is different as its the printable image they use to let you print a ticket, even if they dont offer the service on the website :hey: :D ...

Hi All,

screenshots of the car park season ticket and the actual season ticket will work, as they're QR codes not the new fancy tech @Jayboy mentioned.

We used screenshots of the parking tickets this weekend and they worked fine. You can't transfer parking tickets to other people either, like you can with the game tickets, so seem to be 2 different systems.
