Rumours - Season 24/25

Joe Morrow back in Manchester for next season, so that puts one rumour to bed.

I can't say I'm disappointed, I'd take the Finn over him.

I like Morrow, but if the Huttula rumour is correct then I think we've got the better deal. Wonder if Morrow was Fox's back up plan if Huttula didn't sign.

I would expect training camp to be starting within the next couple of weeks and by my reckoning we still have a netminder, 2d and 2f still to sign/announce.

Assuming the players are signed, there should be a few announcements coming in the next week or so.

A quick check on EP and I see none of the rumoured players (Betker, Huttula, Janatuinen and Leavens) have been announced elsewhere, so fingers crossed they all remain possibilities.

We shall see.

Tweet from the official account earlier said that everything all wrapped up and news next week. I suspect a couple may be on uni deals and they've been waiting for some confirmations to come through. That or a couple of visa delays now cleared.

I think it's nailed on for those 4 and De Filippo as back up n/m

I've heard potentially a 7th D, so starting with 2 spares imports (+ 2nd import NM).

Would make sense given no restrictions on CHL, and instant import cover.

Good pedigree although France is always difficult to judge as quality is very hit and miss. Obviously on the back end of his career so coming in to have one last go at a higher standard as a 7th D certainly is plausible

I see he played for the London Knights in 2010/11 (but not ours )

I'd be disappointed if he was instead of Huttula or Betker.

Huttula in particular looks very good.

If he's a 7th d then I'd be happy with that, because he looks decent, although starting to decline.

Sounds like we have at least 1 announcement tomorrow, but wording suggests it could be multiple.

Also looks like Sam Jones will be confirmed as signing with Brasov. Alex Debeau and Jared VanWormer both ex EIHL playing there next year as well.
