Fully deserved an excellent performance, especially after Friday!

Fox deserves heaps of credit for what he's done so far in orange and to get their heads back on it and with a new game plan by Sunday is amazing!

Great game to watch as well the first period was true playoff hockey absolutely relentless never seen us hit so much, we really took it to em. The 2nd we were holding on they were awesome to be fair, we did we to limit the damage and then took our chance on the turnover in the third.

They all played excellent but I thought Duba was the difference yesterday, a huge game from him again following a poor performance on Friday - Great Character and was already a favourite.

Hopefully more success to come this season! But it's great to get that first bit of silverware for a couple of years. Hopefully the momentum can continue into the remainder of the league season and then the playoffs.

It would be nice to raise the banner for this before the end of the season. All the players who iced yesterday deserve to see it raised.

Whilst normally I wouldn't be very interested in the Challenge Cup. I'm absolutely chuffed to bits that we've won it this time! First time in the EIHL for us and of course the final domestic Trophy for Captain Jono as a Sheffield Steeler.

It was a very good game to watch too. It's a shame all games can't be like that. I'd be back at the arena more often if they were.

Beating Cardiff in their own barn makes it that bit extra special for me too.

Well done lads!

Definitely would be nice, hopefully a good number of this roster will be here next season regardless!

Perfect opportunity.
Last home league game of the season would be ideal.

Wonder who it's against?
Surely they would want to join in the celebrations!

Whilst I don't think this team are quite the finished article, I think they demonstrated what teamwork can achieve. Combining their goalscoring abilities with a desire to win a trophy made them difficult to beat. It also seems to me that Fox learnt more from Friday than Lord did, which bodes well for the future. Massive congratulations to both on and off-ice teams.

to be fair they had nothing to change they won 7-3 i'm sure they just wanted to replicate that. whereas we had everything to change after a performance like that in such an important game.

Fox definitely deserves huge credit though, to turn the lads round to put in that performance was excellent!
