That’s the question Doom,are we using a uni place? Or as both you and me have speculated could we have lost a player? Like you say they will be only a limited pool of players wanting to take up that offer. If this is a reaction by Fox to a failed attempt to lure a high end player then I’d rather take him than another Kristo type.

Apparently we have signed a Finnish Winger , not named yet.

I've just read the article and Bob mentions a second Finn who didn't have the most productive season last year.

It certainly all points to Juusola.

Whilst there is undoubtedly a risk with his signing after last season, I'm far less concerned with this than I was with Connolly and Mitchell last season.

I think there's a very big potential upside with Juusola and suspect we only got him because of the poor season he had.

The season before he put up good points in one of the best leagues in Europe and was top of his team on +/-......you don't do that if you're not talented.

I’d guess he would be out of our scope based on his CV, and also isn’t it a right winger we need whereas that would give us 2 top line centres with him and Watling

I don't think we'd planned to, but ended up signing one due to Mitchel getting injured before he travelled over.
