Unless he's on a second line, I really can't say I'm particularly enthralled....

If we could have something like:

import - import - import
Ciampini - Neumann - import
Vallerand - Dowd - Simpson

I'd be very happy with that

If it does end up something like this then sounds not too bad at all. However, I'd be amazed if Vally would be on third line wages -unless we are freeing up money with first line signings with uni places.

Let’s hope so, because if the likes of Ciampini & Neumann are the best we can do, then as @glenngiant has pointed out in the Ciampini thread, we’ve not upgraded on last season.

If we want a league championship then we need at least 3 high quality imports in the remaining signings. All capable of top 10 scoring in the league not 20th onwards.

Time well tell.

Was Sideroff actually rumoured? I know i mentioned him as a potential given Tansey's interview but wasn't sure he'd actually been linked.
Think Aaron Luchuk could be a guy to look out for too, who would probably then force Neumann to the W on the 2nd line.

Luchuk looks a good player in North America point a game in ECHL I’d wager a guess looking at his stats in Europe he’s struggled transitioning to the larger ice. Maybe worth a risk his style may suit the EIHL but Aaron may not be so willing to roll the dice this season.

In the Ciampini signing interview, Fox mentioned he was talking to someone who played with him (Ciampini) in the US (played in Manchester, US) and he has a link with Ljubljana where Vally returned from - may be a long shot but a potential
