Happened to my son on Sunday in his Storm shirt in the away block. He loved it! Much moreso than having to listen to 9/10 year old kids with no guardians around screaming at Storm fans to shut up and saying they don't wash in Manchester. Things that he repeated yesterday to his Grandma. Not great!

Embarrassing, I'm sorry to hear she went through that, I've not been to a game in nearly 4 years since moving away but the 1 thing that was starting to put me off was the mentality of some "fans"wolfie1988 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 07, 2023 11:30 amHappened to my son on Sunday in his Storm shirt in the away block. Yes. It needs to go into the same bin as the cretinous kisscam.
Encouraging 7000 people to boo individual away fans has got potential kisscam levels of disaster written all over it.
What needs to change at the Sheffield Steelers…..
My take, mentioned on the Belfast thread.
I think we need to split the GM and coach roles into two separate people. Bring in a GM that can advise about all things hockey and recruit a coach that has great contacts and can coach a proper Steelers style of play.
Easier said than done of course.

I agree, I was advocating the same thing before we signed Aaron, around the time we had Tom Barrasso, I thought at the time he was more suited to be a GM and bring in a coach to work alongside him..smbmetal wrote: ↑Fri Mar 24, 2023 10:05 pmWhat needs to change at the Sheffield Steelers…..
