Such a shame it’s come to this, I believe Aaron Fox tenure has come to an end at the Sheffield Steelers.

He’s won less silverware than Paul Thompson in a similar time frame and I don’t see a long term plan for the future of the Steelers under Aaron Fox. I also believe Steelers never say die identity is now extinct.

He’s had plenty of time and I’m sure a well backed budget from Tony.

Looking forward to hearing any argument for any reasons for him to remain.

No argument from me. My patience has well and truly ran out.

Anyone got Gerad Adams number?

I think he was the right man at the time and did a very good job of untangling the Thompson mess through good recruitment.

However, it does feel like he's run out of ideas and there's no plan to take us forward. For me it's a big thank you, shake his hand and then move on to a new coach with new ideas.....hopefully with a little less Euro and more North American style.

Regards

My thoughts exactly but unfortunately after the way that Mr Adams was treated by the Steelers organisation I would imagine that their telephone number would be blocked.

With Tony’s track record Aaron won’t be going anywhere until attendances drop.

I made my mind up that I won’t be attending any more games this season after the cup semi final but I might extend it until Fox is gone.

Fox would make an excellent recruiter for a coach like Adams imo....

Game On

I must agree with previous posts that Aaron has had a fair chance at the club and his time is now up, to me he never seemed to have a plan b when needed and i always thought his teams were a bit light weight, i always prefered more physical type of teams, seems a bit dull at the moment

He's signed a long(ish) term contract and I'm pretty sure he'll see it through.

It's easy to point the blame at the coach but the players are as much if not more to blame imo.

I'm pretty sure Fox didn't tell Connolly to go out and take a slashing minor within the first 20 seconds of the 3rd period starting tonight in Coventry.

Errors on the ice are not down to bad coaching or tactics.

Roster needs a rebuild.
