Manchester again and fast becoming my favorite side to watch, not because of any massive skill or prospects from Manchester or and given right for us to win, but the Deluca factor, the niggle between us and the ability for Manchester to quickly throw the toys out the pram that often gives it an edge the other dont have...

Do we have, dare I say it, an actual rivalry with the Storm?Jayboy wrote: ↑Wed Jan 18, 2023 3:49 pmManchester again and fast becoming my favorite side to watch, not because of any massive skill or prospects from Manchester or and given right for us to win, but the Deluca factor, the niggle between us and the ability for Manchester to quickly throw the toys out the pram that often gives it an edge the other dont have...![]()
I certainly enjoyed the New Years Eve game especially compared to the bland Panthers game on Boxing Day.
I was though surprised that there was hardly any rivalry in Manchester on the New Year’s day game when I watched the stream. Although their game plan was to get in Greenfield’s face while our defence watched and did nothing about it.
Ticket sales look healthy so if there’s a chance of any feisty stuff the atmosphere will be great.
5-2 Steelers.

Must win this afternoon? Would certainly give everyone a lift. Keeping my fingers crossed for a Steelers win and a victory also for Blaze.

Very difficult game, as every fixture is in this league.
Manchester have dangerous offensive players who can cause us problems if we’re not at our very best.
Could go either way this one. We do have a decent record against them at home.
