I liked Neumann and the pace he played at, but I think Fox will be able to find a similar replacement.

I really don't know how we'll replace Nev though, players that consistent are much harder to find.

Another excellent 2 way deal. Thought he looked good for Coventry when he played, and is an excellent addition to the Dogs at NIHL level.

Also suggests that the Dogs/Steelers partnership is attractive to Brits on the cusp of breaking in full time to EIHL.

That is very astute business. Having Ripley in our organisation allows us to control his development to eventually becoming an EIHL mainstay at our club when the time is right.
