Win this and the night before and Belfast’s title defence is officially over.

I think we'd only have to win 1 of the games for that. By my nerdy spreadsheet reckoning, Belfast can get a maximum of 76 points, which would be taken down to 74 with a regulation loss.... but 2 extra points for us would take us to a current total of 75. (unless I've made a mistake in my calculations, which is entirely possible)

So after back to back home game losses Fox has a bit of dilemma.

1. Does he play Morrone, Vinnell and Harper with a view to resting a couple of players for the CC final?

2. Try and get the game in hand win with a full strength team, continue the no back to back losses and try get some confidence back for the CC final?

Very concerned about the last 6 or so games, we appear to be really struggling against the better teams and currently look like previous unsuccessful season Fox teams.

Those 3 would be playing tomorrow night for me, especially Morrone & Harper.

Greenfield & Allen would be sitting out.

Belfast are the form team in the league. This is as tough as it gets at this level. We need to find wins from somewhere as both Cardiff and Belfast are better than us at this time evidenced by results.

Cardiff will be right there at the end, no doubt about that.

If Cardiff were better than us they would be catching us up fast. They aren't , and lost at Coventry last week.

Belfast had 3 lucky goals last night, one off our skate, one off our stick and one which trickled through Greener which hasn't happened all season. We will be fine , don't panic Mr Mainwaring !
