GAME THREAD: Storm v Steelers; Jan 1st

Has to be a must win game with losing in the previous meeting.
Greenfield gets the start for me. Guess with Tansey suspended we’ll still need a healthy scratch? Can’t remember if suspended players are counted or not as a healthy scratch?
The good news is we’ve not lost too much ground with Nottingham losing last night.
Belfast and Cardiff appear to have the best Christmas period of winning games.
3-2 Steelers.

For anyone relying on the Steelers programme for the faceoff, it is not 4pm but 5:30. Sadly our programme has a history of such things. Even worse, the Steelers diary entry on my computers 19:00. Oh dear!

I think even Greener would have had a tough job the other night with the way the team in front of him played, particularly that 2nd period. Had we had McAdam as our 1b goalie last year, I suspect we currently wouldn’t have an empty trophy cabinet.
