Forum Changes and ongoing work

They are not Orange on purpose lol

Obviously you can have to much orange, so consider the blue a throw back or retro highlight from our blue past.. It breaks up the sea if orange quite nicely I think.. I tried red, that didn't work and I also did a load in black, they looked even worse... So I settled on the blue..

You are correct Jay I use blue a few times on my website because it goes as a contrast with orange.

I will be working on new topic Icons next... Hockey themed I hope...

So I have now made some new icons and installed them for Topic Icons... all new and hockey themes, they will also appear at the top left hand corner of each post... applied from the reply box, this just indicates the type of post, or even a bit of fun...

I dont want to over do the twiddley bits so like to stick to the small changes so on the main index page they will stay small and non-intrusive, which I may alter in the weeks ahead but I am reluctant to do so, anyway if you think of one I have missed or is an obvious addition, feel free to let me know, I cant promise I will make it and add it but I will consider it if it feels like it could be a good addition..

They're looking good! I have to admit I did have to squint a little to see them on the main thread list, but like you said, sometimes less is more and you don't want the first page getting overloaded!

Hands up, I broke the Private Messaging System and @Nathan was nice enough to point this out to me tonights at the game...

But the good news is, i have fixed it so you can get back to sending me those "did you know messages", I seem to get several of every week... lol
