What makes it worse is that those in black and gold ain't too far behind either in the standings.

Our only offensive strategy seems to be to get the puck , put your head down and head for goal ignoring any teammates or get the puck and shoot even if you are 100 ft from goal.
Defensively there is no strategy , except push the puck to an opposition player and don't get in a shooting lane .
Exasperating.
We need some leaders on the ice with some character to sort this out.
