If he’s anywhere as good as Brian Stewart was then we’re on to a winner.

From what I've seen during research on him, and talked to a few hockey mates that have seen him, they say he his every bit as good and then some... including the wild hair and in your face moments.. never crossed the line but come close a few times was the message I got lol :yeah:

If our final D man is of the rumoured Yann Suave ilk then it is a fairly well balanced defence, if the final D man is of a small, puck playing type d man then it’ll be another season of being pushed around and no plan b when plan a of be quicker/better than the opposition isn’t coming off

I am thinking Barry 'Badass' Brust fits for his Steelers nickname after watching the online videos

Didn’t watch the elite series Schultze opinions?
I thought he was a decent skater and passer, not necessarily physical enough or very strong defensively. Will do ok if paired with a big strong defensive d man.
Him and Beaudry were similar, said would take one but not both for this season but preferred Beaudry.
I'm a bit 50/50 from the limited view I've had of him.
I see him as a O'Connor style replacement. Decent skater. I'm sure Fox has seen enough of him to know he will make a decent contribution. It will be interesting to see who our last D man is.

Hoping it’s Yann Sauve but may be a budget breaker, unless Fox has worked his magic it’s the last signing so I can’t imagine it been poor one but who knows.

I seem to remember very positive discussions on this forum and much of social media regarding Kevin Schulze, along the lines of goes largely unnoticed, does all the little things well and the harder things even better, not a flash Harry, but gets on and gets the job done well and to an high standard, the type of player any team needs but rarely gets the plaudits for.. maybe Fox agrees and his under the radar style landed him a job.. :jazz:

“Aaron Fox will anounce more player signing news on Monday at 6am, this is ahead of Wednesday's final import announcement” This was just released by steelers on Twitter, I’ve seen some people saying Matthew Myers signing, how would this work with a reduced roster size this year?

The only way it would be work is if Myers is on a two way deal in a similar way to Warburton and Shudra and plays when required or is a spare in case of injury.

Shame as a Mosey/Myers/Phillips Brit 4th Line wouldn’t be a bad place to be in
