Sam Herr is now available after leaving HC Innsbruck.

Although with Nottingham announcing soon I don’t see any other EIHL side landing him.

John Muse has re-signed for former club Rødovre Mighty Bulls of the Danish Metal Ligaen.

https://www.eliteprospects.com/player/14872/john-muse

The 32yr old suffered with injury issues and played just 5 Elite Series games with a SV% of 87.8%.

We never really saw him fully fit. He had 30 mins 1st game back after weeks off, then 4 games where he’d clearly been rushed back from his groin issue.

Liam Kirk has been scouted by Swiss National League giants SC Bern, however the reputation of British hockey might work against him judging by this comment Image

Whilst I’m no expert in the hockey team circles. For me, if Kirk goes to Europe IMO I think the NHL dream will be over. I think he needs to stay in North America.

I do think he is better suited to the bigger ice Euro style, he’s a very slight build still which doesn’t usually appeal to NHL/AHL. But they do have the strength coaches and facilities etc to change that.

Thats the constant prejudice british players like Kirky will have to overcome, i am with Smbmetal on this one, i feel he would be very well suited to say the East Coast hockey league where he will very much fit in with the language and hockey culture and be able to prove himself and continue to learn the North American side of the game, which I feel Liam is very much made for and well suited to... :duh:
