Just looked at the score to see it's 4-0 with not long left in the second. How are we playing?

Total control in first, less so in second until pp goal, good defence against a pp and now 5 0 up deservedly. Shots on goal first period 18 to 1. Also no Connolly, no penalties ...well almost

Now 5 - 0, seems a very short period, only a couple of minor penalties and none in the first

Well for my first game back at the arena in at least 18 months it’s not going too badly. I’m enjoying it and penalty kill looks better than it did and I didn’t feel like we were going to concede on the PP so that’s a bonus.

I’ve a feeling though it might be a case of you can only beat what’s been put in front of you.

Good to hear that we are playing well. I am just looking at the stats now, and we definitely have looked dominant. Would be great if we can get a shut out. I'll look forward to watching the highlights once they come on.

Really hoping I can make the Giants game on Saturday.

Job done with minimal fuss, we could have played another 3 periods and I doubt Fife would have scored. Other than a spell in the second period they offered very little.
Was good to see Whistle get among the points, he's a totally different player than his first spell here looks to have lost a lot of weight and certainly didn't look out of place.

Give the lads the day off tomorrow as they’ve had a good training session tonight.

Brust with a shutout gets MOM. Although Fife didn’t show too much he did save well, perhaps three or four brilliant efforts.
