6”6” Welsh netminder Brython Preece has re-signed in Dundee after not playing in the Corona-hit 20/21 season.

A product of the Cardiff system, the 23 year old is one of the rare Netminders who glove with their right hand.

He spent 3 seasons in North American junior & minor leagues before joining the EIHL.

He’s played 10 EIHL games for the Coventry Blaze & Dundee.

The 23 year old was born in Latvia, but qualifies as a British trained player as he played his youth hockey in the Haringey, Romford, Guildford & Swindon systems.

A GB youth international at 18s & 20s, Rutkis has played 110 EIHL games for Cardiff & Coventry as well as CHL experience with the Devils.

Glasgow have handed 24 year old character forward Rodney Southam his first pro opportunity.

The six-foot Canadian had a year out in 20/21 after previously icing with Canadian University USports side Acadia University Axemen.

He is known to be gritty, a style that Clan coach Malcolm Cameron regularly employs.

Manchester bring back 29 year old Canadian forward Cameron Critchlow.

Also 2 AHL games for the Rochester Americans.

Belfast have added 6”4” 210lb Canadian defenceman Sam Ruopp.

The 2015 5th Rd Columbus Blue Jackets pick joins from the Allen Americans of the ECHL where he iced his only 28 games of pro experience.

He was a captain in the WHL and has played Canadian University USports hockey too.

Coventry have signed 5”11 25 year old American forward Alec Marsh.

Nottingham have added 5”10 D man Brady Norrish.

Manchester have announced the return of 5”8” American centre Frankie Melton.

The 24 year old defied his poor CV for EIHL by hitting 15 points in 16 games for the Storm after his mid-season arrival in 19/20.

He’s iced 6 ECHL games without registering a point whilst also playing at the level below, the SPHL.
