Very pleased with the ASD signing. Impressive during the series and looks quality for the full season.

As noted above, 6”3” Norwegian defenceman Adrian Saxrud-Danielsen returns to the club.

The 28 year old was part of our Elite Series side that made the final, playing all 16 games and leading the tournament in +/-.

He’s iced 363 times in the Norwegian Eliteserien for Storhamar, Stjernen Hockey & Lillehammer.

Also in Danish Metal Ligaen for Herlev Eagles.

In Swedish Allsvenskan for Tingsryds AIF.

And in the ICEHL for HC Innsbruck.

He’s also iced both youth and senior games internationally for Norway.

Excellent signing I think. I thought he played well in the EIHL series and he plays with a physical edge.

Looking forward to seeing him play a full season.

Agree completely. Probably my favourite of the new imports that played in the elite series, the +/- results are telling (despite them being unfashionable).

Fox also confirmed there are no conversations with Josh Waller about a 2nd spell at the club.

The 22 year old scored 3 goals with 4 assists in the 16 Elite Series games he played.

He has been linked with Guildford, Cardiff and also is said to be listening to overseas offers.

The final bit of information from Fox was that he has secured one of his top Netminding targets for the 21/22 season, hence John Muse exercising his extension in Denmark.

Firstly I’m glad we won’t see Kirk back playing for the Steelers.

Whilst I wish him all the luck in the world and I’ve already said on another thread. If Kirk goes to Europe, for me his NHL dream is over. Oh how I would love to be proved wrong.

Delighted by this signing, for me he was comfortably our most consistent performer in the Elite Series.

Excellent +/- stats over the last few seasons shows he's a consistent performer.

A very good start to the recruitment of our defence for the 21/22 season.

According to Sportsnet reporter Elliotte Friedman, Arizona have given permission to other sides to talk with Liam Kirk about a departure from the Coyotes. They will listen to trades as he still has 1yr left on his rights.

Reads to me like they don’t see him as close to NHL ready so are looking to move him while his stock is high?
