Steelers reporting the sad news that long-time fan & 50/50 seller Jack Shaw passed this afternoon.

A quality character and always up for a chat & joke even though your only relationship with him was buying a ticket every game.

Very sad indeed.

This so sad, he was a lovely man who, no matter how busy he was would always have a chat. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

I knew Jack from when he ran a market stall at Crystal Peaks back in the 90's , nice bloke who always enjoyed a smile and a chat and came across as a decent human being. Very sorry to hear this news.
