Having now seen the full team roster and listened and seen players interviews etc,,,,, i am looking forward to the new season and im sure we will have a very competitive team . Looks like there should be some good/hard games to watch as it seems other teams will have competitive teams as well,,,,,, no easy games which is what we want for the good of the league and nightly entertainment,,,,,,roll on
My personal expectations are high for me this season in terms of winning some silverware.
We don't have the CHL or any other distractions like Belfast and Nottingham have for example, so no excuses for me.
On paper I think we've upgraded slightly on last season and am looking forward to seeing the likes of Harper and Dougherty play amongst others. I also think we have a very solid group of returnees which cannot be underestimated in my opinion.
It will be interesting to see how we fair against Cardiff who have already played a few pre-season games. I like that we don't play our first league game until October and can use the CC as a bit of an extended pre-season.
Bring on the new season!

Gotta be aiming to win, but without any bias, there's nothing on paper really between Sheffield, Nottingham and Belfast. Cardiff/Glasgow/Coventry feel like the dark horse teams who could easily pick up cup/playoffs and even make the league interesting. Guildfords off season business is a bit meh. Fife/Dundee/Manchester battling for the last playoff spot.
I'm sure there'll be a couple of surprises - there always is.
Take a trophy and compete in the others, and it's a good year.
