I’ve reflected on it and I can see why a problem can occur if PO handles them roughly. We had two plastic cards just dropped into a low grade envelope. The cards have quite sharp edges and could easily tear the envelope. Whenever I get any other cards, banks, NHS, National Trust, professional body, They are always stuck to a piece of paper or. Slotted into it in some way. This stops the cards floating around and splitting the envelope. Steelers need to up their game a little.
