Another returnee I wanted to see re-sign.

I think Daniel had a big influence in bringing in some of the players last season especially with Tansey & Sauce.

At 34 next season he’s no longer at his full peak but brings in a ton of experience, hockey IQ and can play in plenty of situations.

His best years are behind him and he's not going to rip the league up, but he's a good pro who should be good for 20 goals.

The chemistry of the team was a big part of our success last season and Ciampini was central to that.

Every returnee gets a big thumbs up from,,,, as has been said, the less we hear the more players i think have already been signed to return and we are getting a steady flow of confirmation over the season, and that core of players is already growing

Sam Jones, confirmed as a departure. Spreading his wings and off to europe, exact destination not known. He's developed into a good solid D'man under Fox, who wishes him well & leaves the door open for him.
I can't blame the fella for giving life a go, and trying overseas.
