I'd didn't see our first Grand Slam, so can only comment on two.
I'd have to say the 2000/01 is my personal favourite, as the standard of hockey was higher and there were 4 trophies on offer which makes it harder to achieve. Of course the off ice financial problems very much put a dampener on what was the best team I have ever seen play in the UK.
I've have though very much enjoyed watching this team and am delighted to see the Steelers never say die attitude has been brought back which made me fall in love with the Steelers in the first place. Having to pull together through the tragic event experienced early on in the season no doubt helped galvanize the team even further.
What's everyone else's favourite?

2000/2001 season i would have to go with as well,,, loved the type of hockey back then but times and style of hockey have changed over years. Having said that i have really enjoyed this season, this group have been so professional and such a together group, from the lows of the adam incident to the highs of the treble,, this season and group will certainly be remembered,,,,,what a great sport this is
I think I might go with this year's team.
The first one was sort of expected, because we were the only arena team in the top league and our budget will have been comfortably ahead of the others.
The 2000/01 team was the best team I've ever seen and I enjoyed the brand of hockey back then, but we couldn't fully enjoy the experience worrying about the finances and whether players would walk. It was also played in front of much smaller crowds.
This season has come as a pleasant surprise. Not only have we played an exciting brand of hockey, but it's been fabulous to see such healthy crowds which adds to the match night experience for me.
Under Norton Lea it felt like the club was in terminal decline, but now there is a real feel good factor that we're on the up.
Hopefully we can take all this positive momentum with us into next season.

I wasn't a supporter for the first Grand Slam so can't comment on that one.
My first season was actually the 2000/01 Grand Slam season so that is tempting given I believe that's the best team I've seen in these leagues. I didn't witness the Challenge Cup or Play Off win though, and not even sure I saw the league winning game (can anyone elaborate on when this happened??).
This season I have been present for every trophy lifted and my family were with me for the league title win. Given that we have also had a lean spell watching other teams dominating I would have to go for this season as my favourite Slam.
May there be many more in the future to choose between

I vaguely recall us winning the 2000/01 league title in London the game following the bench clearance.
We probably only had about 10 players available, but that was usually enough for that team.

This year definitely.
95/96 was not a huge shock. Won the double the year before and went out and signed Malo, Hand, Long staff and Chinn!
00/01 was unbelievable in terms of the team, but financially a disaster. It's the closest in terms of skill gap the UK has ever been to the NHL (not saying it was close, just the closest!) in terms of level of play.
Whilst this year isn't as close to achieving that same skill gap level, a direct comparison between 00/01 team and this year would be interesting and I think would be pretty close in terms of level of play we see (adjusting somewhat for rule changes etc)
So in other words, I think here we are at a similar level of play to the ISL (rules adjusted), but the NHL has got further ahead (which when you think some of Gretzky's records now might be in doubt, shouldn't be a surprise)
