Given we average less than 4 minors a game (minutes wise) and the refs generally putting whistles away in the playoffs, I'm actually not that surprised. If Fife took penalties they definitely would not have had a chance with the Fox has got the pp running. So Fife try to be disciplined, and we hardly take penalties anyway. Not a major surprise. If there's none called in the semis and final, I don't think anyone would be majorly shocked (in fact refs probably get praised for letting the players decide the game).
Cause the game was already won in the first leg, I didn't bother either. Plus it sounded like an exhibition game anyway.
The cynic in me suspects that £10 x lots of Steelers fans is likely to be their biggest stream revenue of the year hence the partial refund.

I think offering partial refund is a bit of a disgrace. Some may be happy with it but I won't be rushing to buy another flyers webcast in the future.

I agree, on the webcast it was mentioned it would be full and automatic, so many people will be expecting to see the money just pop back into their bank account.
Now they've made it so people have to go request it (perhaps on the hope that many wont bother, myself included) and it seems that all refund requests need to be done by Friday (19th April) too.

I think if people are upset with the lack of first period coverage, a partial refund of £5 is perfectly fine, missed a third of the game, get a third of your money back.
