McNally came out again before end of period.
I haven’t been this nervous all season. I think it’s been one of the better games. Can see why Guildford are challenging for top spot.
Got to keep the momentum with us now.

Huff and puff hockey at its best. Really did not enjoy that game at all.
Very disappointing game in front of a sellout crowd. Hardly a barnstormer.
Didn’t really deserve anymore than we got.
Huge opportunity to send a message to our opponents.

I guess we all see the game differently.
I thought it was a very entertaining game and we played very well periods 2 and 3. Losing that way was a tough one to take, because I thought we dominated 2nd and 3rd.
I can't see Guildford winning the league, they skate very well, but when we stepped it up physically they struggled.
Belfast and Cardiff will be able to bully them.
I thought Dowd wad outstanding tonight, he was full of energy and all over the ice..

By this stage of the season the team at the top of the league is not there by accident, a close game that on another day could have been a different result shows that we too deserve to be up there. A long way to go still, stay confident.

I thought we played decent for maybe 14-15 minutes out of 60.
The whole d unit were shocking at both ends of the ice.
Was interesting -did we have a couple of 2 on 1 chances? With the guy not in possession driving wide rather than towards the net-unlike the Flames winner who headed straight to the net.
Our home performances and record has been mediocre to say the least.
I thought Flames looked strong physically, fast in possession, organised and knew what their roles were as a unit on the ice. Their D was much better than ours in the d zone. We looked fragmented and unstructured.

Absolutely agree about the risk, with a minute to go we should have banked the point.
To get caught on a two on one break is very poor game management.
That doesn't take away from my opinion of our overall performance though, which I thought was better than last night and deserved the two points.
Guildford will be going back home knowing that they got away with one, but it happens.
