Panthers problems this year are far deeper than just the coach, for years they have been unable to reach the levels of Belfast/Sheffield/Cardiff on a consistent basis despite having the rink/fan base/finances to do so, they should be part of a "Big 4" but they clearly are not. Their problems start from the very top and until they recognise that and act on it things will not change. For the rest of us it's like getting a new series of your favourite comedy show every year including a Xmas special produced at great expense, a cross between "Are you being served" and "It ain't half hot mum" , and yes I'm fully aware that has just dated me

It isn't , a fact I have posted many times, the sport benefits from a successful Nottingham club but you also need a competitive team along with a good organisation, having just one element is not sustainable as we have found out in our own history. The current shambles has to be laid at the feet of their owner who appears to be disinterested in sporting success.
