For me this is the biggest weekend of the season so far. I always fancied Belfast for the league title, because they have an excellent coach, quality players and a winning mentality.
I think we are the only team who could stop them winning the title, so it should give a good indication of how close we are.
I would suggest they're stronger on the front end of their line-up, with the most potent forward line in the league, but we have more depth. It was interesting a couple of weeks ago when my mate brought out a few stats. One of them showed that Belfast's top line (Goodwin/Conway/Cooper) had scored more goals than the rest of their team combined.
I think it's changed since then, because Owre had a very good night against Cardiff, but it does show how reliant Belfast have been on that one line. It will be interesting to see who Fox matches against them over the weekend.
I will also be interested to see how we cope with the Belfast high press. Will the skating ability of Nevalainen and Petgrave be able to break out and create chances going the other way?
It should be an entertaining game and hopefully a decent attendance.
Regards

Nothing will be won or lost this weekend as it’s early days, but to get points against the defending champions who’ll be right up there at the business end would be big.
I believe if any side finishes above Belfast they’ll be league champions.
