I’m good with this.

Looks to be a reasonable compromise, not sure what the Clan will do as yet. Though I foresee problems a little down the line, as it appears teams are taking their own approach based on the first two teams I’ve heard from on this. Steelers have said they; “are aware that the 2019-20 season ticket has three games still remaining.”
Belfast Giants have said no more games this season, therefore no more games for a season ticket to cover. So no refunds offered, yet those that bought match tickets are getting money back.
Such an inconsistent approach may lead to refunds if someone is really minded that they want one and takes the matter further. I personally don’t want one from the Clan as it’s so unprecedented, and I’d like to think the majority of EIHL fans are of the same mindset.

I think its the perfect compromise to be honest, the vouchers will be there should you wish to use them, perfectly reasonable in the circumstances, I dint think many (if any) fan actually wanted a refund anyway... this way the season ticket faithful get 3 games they can go to extra if it works out for them... Perfect....

I'm a season ticket holder, and I thank the club for this offer, although I had written off the last 3 games. It can't be easy in the current situation to try and keep ahead of the game, and keep the customers satisfied at the same time, so it's a big "well done" from me

Belfast aren't offering any refund whatsoever, just £20 food & drink credit so we've put a decent offer together.

After the one direction fiasco a few years back, it doesn't surprise me Belfast is taking a hard line with their fans. On the other hand, the Steelers suggestion works well.

In our sport teams work on tight budgets or collapse and leave us with no team to support. I feel it is incumbent on us the steelers fans to do our bit and help out by not asking for refunds in this extreme situation. Just my opinion.

On the face of it the Belfast one is the better offer, if we assume that the £5 ticket games will continue and that is what the three games will be. Cost to Tony and saving for us £15
I’m assuming Belfast own the concessions so the cost to them will be considerably less than £20.
But we are hockey fans and getting to watch hockey for free is the better offer

Besides, £20 food voucher at Sheffield Arena wouldn't go too far
