I was hoping we'd bring another body in as insurance, so I'm pleased to see Sam Tremblay on board.
He's not going to put up big numbers, but he works his socks off and is responsible both ends of the ice.
At times in the CHL and pre-season he looked our best player. He also has the luxury of knowing our systems and the other players.
I'm happy enough with this signing.

Really enjoyed seeing him play in the CHL games and hope he brings the same amount of energy as he did in those games.
Didn’t realise he was 29 years old though

Smart signing, we know exactly what he brings and knows our systems so won't take any time to be up to speed and he didn't look out of place in the CHL.

Super Sam Tremblay. He's damn good with the dogs, but knowing how he did last season on the wrong side of the peak district, he's not exactly the new Golod. I think he signed another season with the dogs as well
