Usual reliable rumour account on X has us signing Veeti Vainio and Trevor Mingoia.
Mingoia

Vainio

Guessing Vainio covers Sauce and gives us import D spare/competition.
Mingoia could be a huge signing. High end European experience, CV reminds me a bit of Goodwin. If he's at a similar level we'll have a great player.

Gherdëina have released Anthony Deluca with immediate effect!?
Would we welcome him Back?
Does he deserve a second chance?

I reckon De Luca is EIHL bound, but not for us. One of the Scottish teams would be my guess

I wouldn't have an issue with DeLuca.
I certainly wasn't happy at the time, but things move on and if Fox believes he can do a job for us, that would be good enough for me.
He'd certainly improve our powerplay.
All the best to Micelli, he always put the effort in. Hopefully the family circumstances aren't anything too serious.

Although he's into his 30's, I think Mingoia would be a good pick up. It's only a small sample of games, but nearly 2 points per game in Norway is impressive. Decent numbers elsewhere as well.
Not so sure about Vainio though, looks like he hasn't played much in the last two or three seasons.

Vainio I think had unfortunate luck with injuries from what I've found so far. But you don't play in Liiga and the Allsvenskan without being able to skate and be defensively responsible. I think when Sauce is fit, Vainio would be a healthy scratch, but never know.
Mingoia looks excellent. Not only the Norway stats, but Allsvenskan stats are also really good - top players in that league score at around a PPG which he was not far off. Those players usually end up in the SHL/Czech/Liiga/DEL so on paper definitely looks quality.

I thought Micelli was really useful player and would’ve proved his worth over time, but wish him well in his move.
