Our 3rd game in 4 days which is also the same for them, but we have had the long travel.

1 point might be enough to qualify. 9 points appear to be the magic point total required.

Looking forward to watching this one.

Sounds like a good arena to play in - quote from EIHL web article (https://www.eliteleague.co.uk/article/4 ... win-streak)

'Tonight, they head into the Swiss Life Arena, opened in late 2022, and widely regarded as one of the best hockey arenas in Europe'.

3-2 Zurich OT win.

Can you check the face-off time as Steelers WhatsApp message and Steelers Office have both said 5.45pm our time. 6.45 is Swiss time.

Getting very excited, just about to cross from France into Switzerland for the match. 2 long days of driving so far but SO worth it (I hope!) My pal has his plastic hooter so I think you should pick us out. Bonne chance Steelers

Should be 6:45 - CHL website shows 19:45 which is CET, so 1 hour ahead of us

This is definitely a tough one. We should be no surprise to them now, and I really can't see us getting anything. But that's what I've thought about the last 4 games of the CHL so who knows!

I'm hoping that Pardubice win tomorrow, as then they will almost certainly have qualified as would have 10 points (if they win in regulation). That would likely see them leave a few big guns out and hopefully give us a good shot of picking up the points we'd need to qualify

Once again Simms doesn't know how time zones and BST/GMT work. That's exactly why several years ago he accused Jay of breaching a media embargo and tried to get him banned from the distribution list when in fact it's because he hadn't allowed for the one hour time difference, seems he still hasn't learned as he did the same with earlier CHL games. Jay is probably still waiting for an apology :Smiled: :Smiled: Anything he says needs a fact check.
