Not sure if this will be offered to us as 3rd place finisher or Devils for Runner up in Playoffs,
I actually would prefer for us to turn it down if we had the opportunity whilst it's great to have the European adventure we should have a clear objective of the league next season and the need for trophies so extra competitions like this only brings in more opportunities for injury, Connolly springs to mind on our last adventure.

Agree fully about the injuries, but could we tempt better players to join if we’ve also got the European games?

Had it been the CHL I think we probably could have, Conti cup I'm not 100% sure

Perhaps the club should also withdraw from Challenge Cup as there may be injuries for league games.
Camt believe the amount of people who don't want to compete against European opposition in a competition that we have a chance of actually winning.

I think the fact that Steelers declined is rubbish. Tell me, would you rather do challenge cup or conti. Ice time, if the New York Rangers can move Billy Joel for a shambles of a playoff series, we can move Sam Smith or indoor motorbikes or whatever. Pollution induced asthma exists. And they pussy foot the team, domestic season will be a mess too. This time next year, we'll be in the same position, the same conversations, the same results. It's ridiculous.
