I've seen twitter posts from Giants fans speculating at which game they win the league.

I just hope that we don't get a repeat of last season where they clinch the league on our ice, and the trestle table full of medals isn't wheeled out again.

They can't win in our arena cause we've only got one game against them left and it's at their arena

OK. Maybe they'll have the same trestle table full of medals?
At least they'll only have to unlock their trophy cabinet upstairs.

Anyone actually think we can win this? :hey:

There's no doubt that Belfast are the better team, by some distance, but wouldn't it just be the most Steelers thing to do, to go there and tip the cart?

We're completely inconsistent in attack, on D, the only department that has any sort of consistency is in the Goal Tending but we're due a smash and grab against the Giants, maybe this Friday it could happen?

Game On

May well be one of those games where we win, and then its a case of too little too late

Giants don't need to win the game so that takesthe pressure off a bit, we need 3 wins from final 4 games. 3 in a row at home and away to Dundee in final game of the season, we play Guildford next weekend so a 4 point weekend from Giants matched by Guildford who play Dundee in a home and home series would mean we could clinch it at home against them, I imagine that's the message Keefe is getting through to the players, they will have seen the atmosphere in the CC final on home ice and will want to do the same. Think Giants will be too strong offensively and win 5 2.

Giants looked out of sorts last weekend v Cardiff. Sunday was a complete mess. At the moment this team just does not inspire confidence. Watching Guilford play last night should be a wake up call for the Giants. The flames were super fast and after the first period do what they do best, recycled the puck until they forced an error or an opened up a shooting lane.
