Challenge Cup Quarter Final ticket release


Having qualified for the quarter finals of the Challenge Cup, it has been confirmed that the Steelers will face Cardiff Devils over two legs, with our home fixture taking place in the arena on Wednesday 7th December (7:30pm).

This is not included on the season ticket, so to purchase your seats for the game please click on the below link. All tickets are priced at just £8 each including all fees.


On loading the sales page, all seats within the arena will show as available, but we ask for your consideration of your fellow season ticket holders, and that you purchase YOUR SEATS ONLY.

Tickets are available on a first come first served basis, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation in ensuring that everyone is able to sit in their own seats for these games.

Wife went to city hall first thing as we refuse to go online anymore as too much hassle. Got our seats but she had to ask if they wanted to see proof of season tickets. At first said no but then decided to check them so not sure if system was showing already bought. Much better experience of buying from there plus an added bonus of getting an actual ticket rather than hoping internet is ok when showing phone to security at arena. We are lucky we are able to go there as I know that’s difficult for many when only 24 hours notice. Maybe would have been better to go on sale at games last weekend for season ticket holders as then can show evidence you are a season ticket holder and more likely to purchase. If our tickets had gone as had last year then we wouldn’t have bought and watched from comfort of home.

Is anybody else having issues buying tickets? Every time I have tried I keep getting an error message telling me car park tickets are not valid for e-tickets.

I had no issues buying tickets. Not a season ticket holder though and got them the day after the pre-sale.
