So you have chance to sign and save your stating line up from this season? you can only sign 3 forwards and 2 defence man and you can sign a new Starting netminder and/or a backup and keep just one....

So name your staring line up! No alternates and no limit on imports and only the 6 players plus a backup netminder if needed...

You got me thinking on this one.

On D I’d retain Troncinsky and Johnson.

Duba has done a great job for us but would certainly look to bring in a new NM.

Spoilt for choice on the forward line. I would go for.....

Lemtyugov- love his skill level and the way he controls the puck. He always seems to have time.

Davies - took him a while to get going but for me he is getting better and better. Really smart player.

Sandstrom- not flashy but does everything right and is beginning to put points on the board.

These guys would be a solid foundation to build around.

Tough decision to leave out Connolly, DeLuca and Vallerand, that’s a lot of scoring power to let go. Can I keep 6 forwards please?

I like the idea of Duba being back up/goalkeeping coach to a new import netminder.

On D I'd go with Troncinsky & Hrabel.

My front three are Eberle, Vallerand and Connolly.

Tricky as you'd have to gamble on dome age based degradations and increased chances of missed games through injuries for some of the older players.

Vallerand - Genuine sniper
Dowd - Reliable EIHL legendary scorer

Netminders:

This is where we can make the biggest improvement, Fox waited too long on his top guys.

We need a new starter. Duba probably will retire IMO. Or play in the lower Czech leagues close to home.

Names that would be strong for us include Tomáš Vosvrda & Kristers Gudlevskis.
