A quick question. Season ticket holders from 19/20 are owed this game. Will our season ticket cards for this season be updated to be scanned in?

Also if you had a car park ticket for 19/20 you are owed these games. If you email the arena box office they will update this seasons ticket so you can get in car park.

Shouldn't they both be automatic? On the back of the ST it has the number of games bought, either 28 or 25. I didn't know we have to contact anyone re car park either.

Yes I messaged on Twitter and replied saying I needed to email my details so they could cross reference it against 19/20. I assume there hoping people have forgotten and pay again.

Check your season ticket, it should have either a 25 or 28 on the front depending on how many games you have.

I checked with Arena re car park. (Had car park season ticket 2019/20).
Been advised my Ticketmaster car park ticket will allow access this weekend - let’s hope so otherwise can see queues to the retail park!

I've kept the original 19/20 car season ticket just in case.

I’ve emailed them too, so have that confirmation to show if there is any problem.
