No Kirk?
Connolly didn't play last year due to being injured. He should make a good difference.
I think I read somewhere that we have to finish one place higher to avoid relegation this year due to next year's tournament being held by one of the hosts who could finish towards the bottom of their group?

Presumably Kirk could still come in for the main qualifiers?
Also, isn't that for the World Championships and not the Olympic Qualifiers?

Didn't realise it was Olympic Qualifiers....despite it saying so both on the thread title and the article!
Guess Kirk will still be in the middle of his season.

Not sure who Kirk would replace out the current lineup.
We're going to miss Dowd badly, we'll need guys like Ferrara to step up. Connolly will be a big boost.

Looking forward to these games. Ferrera is having a cracking season so far so here's hoping he can perform for GB.
