I would settle for returning players as:

Connolly
DeLuca
Eberle

and 2 or 3 new players depending on Lemtyugov, if he could return or not too...

New - maybe Sam Jones as rumoured as it sounds as though O'Connor is off to the Flames

I would want Troncinsky back out of last years roster too!

How confident is this news about BOC moving on to the Flames??

It wasn't explained very well initially, but the website now says 7 signings in 7 days.

After listening to Simms on bbc radio Sheffield is anyone else not expecting a massive signing tomorrow maybe bownsy?

The returnees I'd be looking for are:

Trončinský
Eberle
Connolly
Vallerand
DeLuca

In that order, others I feel we could get better value or upgrade.

I wouldn't be against the likes of Armstrong, Lemtyugov, etc but I'd like us to assess our options as to who we could improve.

Need more size, not just toughness either, just bigger, taller players.

if it is only one player tomorrow, then the hype suggests it will be a new player to us and a very good player at that. Maybe one from a close rival? Herr, Bowns, someone of that ilk.

Don't get me wrong re-signing Vally et al would be great, but for Simms to say take the day off suggests something big is happening. Or it may just be usual hyperbole!!!

Unless its 7 players announced, 1 each hour all day up to say 5pm an hour before the Sheffield Utd game...

News also out at 7.00 pm tonight from the club, which I'm guessing will be player (s) departing or retiring. I reckon some won't like tonight's news, hence get it out just ahead of the signings.
